Business Development Executive (SSP)


- Conduct market research, new partner/ competitor evaluation and approach

- Understand Geniee’s services from an intellectual and applied perspective; transfer that knowledge to -

Partner clients;

- Keep track on performance of current demand partners assigned and provide reasonable adjustment to keep them in uptrend

- Initiate and manage new businesses (Eg: new ad formats, etc.)

- Co-ordinate with other teams(Sales, Ops, etc.) for important projects and meet individual and team's KPI

- Complete other tasks assigned from leader/ manager

- Make a business plan semi-annually based on the findings for past 6 months as well as the markets and competitors research conducted in advance

- Gather product development requests from each department, examine each based on such criteria as ‘how much business impact can it make?’ as well as ‘how much possibility does it have?’, and give feedback to Global BD team

- Lead business alliance with important partners


- Native or Business English is a must

- Vietnamese/Permanent residents ONLY

- General knowledge about online marketing/ digital advertising/ ad-tech

- B2B sales experience is plus

- Experience in online ad-ops and/or campaign management within ad network/digital media agency/online publisher is plus

- Fresher with fast-paced learning mindset is welcome


- Salary: Based on experience and capability

- Commission: Individual commission when reaching monthly sales target. 

- Half-year bonus: up to 100% of monthly gross salary/time 

- Salary review: Twice per year 

- MVP, MVT awards (Most valuable person/ Most valuable team) 

- Working hour: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. (1-hour lunch break) from Monday to Friday.
